Candy Corn Spirea

Candy Corn Spirea

in Plant of the Week

Candy Corn Spirea: The tri-color foliage of this perennial shrub ranges from chartreuse old growth to bright red new growth with golden hues in between. Clumps of small, magenta flowers begin emerging in late spring and persist through the summer. Giving this plant a trim after the flowers pass can produce a new flush of buds and candy apple red foliage. A must for anyone looking for multiple seasons of interest in their plants!
